Our goal is to make you smile. Great customer service, fast shipping, and quality bathroom vanities are what we speak at Let's get down to business and answer some oft-asked questions. The following information is gathered from many of all of our customer feedback. 

Q: Are taxes charged?

A: The only state that is charged taxes is Indiana, since we have our headquarters location (nexus) in this state. 

Q: Will I be charged shipping? 

A: No. Unless you select expedited shipping and handling fee for orders under $300. 

Q. What is expedited shipping? Most orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours, then are usually shipped out. If you select expedited we will put your order in immediately and make sure that your vanity gets to your residence or business within 8 business days or less. 

Q. What are your shipping rates? 

A: All orders ships Free. We do charge $9.00 handling free for orders under $300. So be sure to add items to your cart that total over that amount so you qualify. Also, Unless you select expedited shipping. 

Q: Do you have a price match guarantee? 

A: Yes. We have a price match guarantee. Check out the full details here.

Q: When will I be charged for products? 

A: You will be charged immediately for any order that you purchased from through whichever payment that you have selected. We use Shopify to handle our cart, but you can pay through a multitude of ways. 

Q: When will my order be shipped? 

A: Depending on supplier your order should usually ship within 3 business days, but may take 4 business days for some LTL shipments. If there is any issue, or something is being delayed we will notify you by email and/or that you first purchased with. Be sure to check your spam folder. 

Q: Will I receive a tracking #? 

Yes. Our logistic providers utilize tracking. But we will notify you when it ships in most cases. If there is tracking it will be supplied once shipment has occurred and a tracking number will be supplied. If shipment is done by FedEx or UPS you will receive a tracking number and you can keep up your shipment for free when you purchase through Shopify, by selecting and downloading Shopify's free app. 

Q: If I want to be updated, how do I do this? 

A: If tracking number has been supplied please use the frees shopify app or reference your shipping email for free  here. If your shipment has been supplied with probable shipping date please wait until that time but you can always reach out to us through email at with your order number and we will get back with you within 48 hours. Q: What happens if the item arrives damaged? 

A: We at acknowledge things happen. So don't worry. :) If you received a damaged item please contact immediately upon receipt of your shipment with your purchase number and you will receive further instructions on when it will be picked up. We will then contact you with additional information that that time. 

Q: What if I don't like my purchase from 

A: All sales are final after purchase. So please make the correct purchase. If your order hasn't shipped, we can cancel your order. If your order has shipped, we will regard it as shipped item and you will have to pay a 20% restocking fee. After the supplier has received your order in original packaging, you will receive a refund minus 20% restocking fee within 5 business days. Clearing of funds to your account will be determined by your bank or bank card or bank.
